🙅♀️ Talent or model sourcing (we can certainly help out, but please note there are additional fees)

That's very dependent on your business! Usually, we'll leverage a mix of popular trends - no dancing required unless you really want to - alongside original content and ideas.
Most videos are between 10-20 seconds in length

You'll be able to book in the time you want below. There are some basic questions to fill out but we'll reach out as well to arrange a call (especially if this is your first booking) to get a better understanding of your business, goals and audience.
We send you a detailed shot and concept list to approve prior to shooting, and once that's all locked away we come in and do our thing.
You can pay upfront, or pay a 30% deposit now (which covers the cost of pre-production) and the remaining 70% upon receiving and signing off on your shotlist.

No stress - we can work around that (though we typically find content WITH you performs better). We'll tailor our shots to suit what YOU are comfortable with
What if I Need To Reschedule/Cancel?
What if I Need To Reschedule/Cancel?
No worries. We're pretty flexible.
We kindly ask that you reschedule a minimum of 48 hours before your shoot.
If you need to cancel we require:
- 48 hours notice for refund of remaining 70% payment
- Full refunds will need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
As deposits go towards planning and pre-production the extent of work we've done on this portion will impact the refund amount - thank you for your understanding ☺️

Despite being well and truly in the trenches of digital, data and trends, Maddi's first degree is in film production - which is how she fell in love with producing.
Luke brings the technical ops and eye for great shots to the picture. Together, they form a dynamic duo of nitty-gritty planning, and capturing some truly special stuff for businesses.
