STEP ONE

Discovery

Once you've locked in your subscription shoot we come to your venue or business to have a discovery meeting, say hi to the team and see the space we are working with.

We chat goals, get a sense for your business, and make a plan that works for everyone involved.

Step Two

Planning

Prior to each month, we'll send you a link to a calendar to book in your preferred day and time for your shoot.

Prior to the shoot, we come back to you with a full list of concepts and shots we want to capture on the day, any products/items we need, and which team members we require for your approval.

Step Three

Shoot Day!

It says it in the title, but we come along on the day, gee up your team and capture all the content we need.

STEP Four

The Final Cut

We edit and deliver your social videos - uploaded to Google Drive for you to download and do with what you wish!

Some Stuff You Might Want to Know

How long are subscription packages?

We have a three month minimum on monthly subscriptions (3 shoots total) and a six-month on quarterly subscriptions (2 shoots total).

After that, it just rolls over month-to-month or quarter to quarter, sans obligation. You can cancel from your dashboard or email us if things change :)

What if I want to cancel early?

Hey - sometimes things happen. We get it. If you want to cancel before the 3 or 6-month mark, we simply request you pay the gap (or discount) on content we've already shot - that's 10% on monthly and 5% on quarterly shoots.

How much input do I have on the videos?

Well, as much or as little as you'd like, really. We've worked with people who are very hands-on and like to send us inspo and ideas - which is always encouraged. Similarly, we've worked with people who don't really want to be bothered with the details, and just want to show up and do the thing. The choice is yours.

We are big fans of 'saying no' if we really think something isn't going to work or deliver the results you want, and we do typically produce videos that are 10-20 seconds in length. So, if you want a lot of lengthy sagas - we may need to reevaluate things.

What regions do you offer this service?

For now, just Brisbane, but we're working on it!
