Despite her first degree being in film production, you'll typically find Maddi far away from the camera. She loves the nitty-gritty of planning and producing, finding trends and organising teams.
Meticulously creating shotlists and runsheets are her jam and, according to Adrian anyway, cleaning her damn camera lens is not.
